Job Description
The Inclusive Health Cluster comprises Carefinder team, Hospital Partnerships teams (Working Together to Connect Care, Homefront Mater and Homefront PAH), Home and Healthy, Building Hope and Homes (specialist AOD support), After Hours Coordinators, Social Worker in General Practice, and the Inclusive Health and Wellness Hub. The Cluster also includes Nurses who are embedded into other Clusters and other organisations. The cluster provides a range of supports to vulnerable individuals, including direct Nursing, psychosocial interventions, NDIS service navigation, aged care navigation, AOD Nursing and access to Doctors and wellness services.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Assistant to work as part of the Inclusive Health Partnerships Cluster to provide administrative support to the Cluster.
This is a fixed part time employment opportunity until June 2026 with conditions and salary at Level 3 of the SCHADS Award.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support as required to Cluster Lead, Team Leaders and members of the teams.
Assist in the administration of People and Learning, Finance, WHS, Property and Fleet activities.
completion of funding reports and liaising with funding bodies
Event management support.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in a generalist administration role, including development of processes and use of IT systems.
Evidence of effectiveness of communication style, written and verbal skills, and IT competencies (including Microsoft Office365).
Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and a working knowledge of equity and WHS principles.
A positive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly, adaptively, and proactively in a team environment with direction and autonomously within program guidelines with a commitment to the values and principles of Micah Projects to meet community needs.
